Looking for writers or illustrators to speak to your students at your public school or a band to play at your college? Would you like a publisher to address your conference, convention, business meeting, or trade show?

Need an artist to paint a book cover or a writer for your website or newsletter?

Then this is the place. All those listed here are official Owl Creek Arts Center members and professionals in their field.

Each listing includes what states the artist or speaker will work in and contact information.

Our gang will add profiles monthly on those instrumental in making this art community so vital. The first profile is of our founder, James Dennewitz.

This is a growing resource for public schools, colleges, art centers, trade show and seminar producers, and any other group or special event that wishes to find artists to perform for their audience.

This will also aid artists by having an affordable way to promote their services as listings here are free as long as you remain a business member. Otherwise, the fee is $25 per year. Many other similar services charge hundreds even thousands just to be listed, and usually only net them six jobs a year for the artists. Since so many in the creative community earn often times more performing live than on the sale of their books, art, or CDs, we thought this was a needed service for our members.

A listing is not an endorsement of course, but if major complaints are filed by anyone who had a contract with said artists, we reserve the option of removing that artist from this page.

The states of availability and what field each performer specializes in are listed, as well as contact information. We take no commission on the hire of any artists. The sales of books, contest entries, and affiliate marketing help overwrite the cost of this service, as well as membership dues.

We hope this helps promote the arts by connecting local communities with their local artists.
